Terms of sale

• Object: RankVoid sells a digital prestige service — the display of a rank, badges and a position on a public leaderboard, proportional to the amounts paid. No other consideration is provided.
• Price: amount freely chosen by the buyer within the displayed bounds, in the currency of their choice, taxes included. Payment via Stripe.
• Immediate performance and waiver of withdrawal: the service (rank update) is fully performed upon payment confirmation, with the buyer's express consent, thereby waiving the right of withdrawal (art. L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). No refunds.
• Eligibility: service restricted to adults (18+) with legal capacity.
• Moderation: the publisher may hide or remove any name, message or leaderboard line that breaches the content rules, without compensation.

Privacy policy

• Data collected: optional public name, country, amounts paid, technical browser identifier (cookie), timestamps. In anonymous mode, no personal data is displayed publicly.
• Payments: banking data is processed exclusively by Stripe (PCI-DSS certified); RankVoid never has access to it.
• Cookies: two technical cookies only — rv_token (links your payments to your profile) and rv_lang (language). No advertising cookies.
• Rights: under the GDPR, you may request access to, rectification or deletion of your data at contact@rankvoid.com.
